TestedBookies.com is an independent review site. We are not a bookmaker, we never take bets and we do not hold player money. What we do is open accounts, deposit, bet and withdraw, and write down what happened.
How we test
Every bookmaker in our ranking has been tested with a real account, opened with our own documents in the country where the operator is licensed or accepts players.
- Registration and verification. How long it takes, which documents are requested, whether the process is possible from a phone.
- Deposits. At least three methods per operator: a card, an e-wallet and, where offered, a cryptocurrency. We record limits, fees and how quickly the balance appears.
- Betting. Pre-match and live bets on three sports, comparing prices with the market to measure the margin, and testing cash out, bet builder and streaming where available.
- Withdrawals. One withdrawal per method, timed from the request to the money reaching us. This single number moves scores more than anything else.
- Support. A real question to live chat and to email, in the local language, with the answer time and its quality noted.
The result is a score out of ten. Scores are reviewed whenever an operator changes its terms, its payment methods or its licence.
How the site earns
Some links on TestedBookies.com are affiliate links: if you open an account through them we may receive a commission from the operator. Commissions never change a score or a position in the ranking. Two clearly labelled sponsored boxes appear on each page; they are paid placements and are kept separate from the ranking.
Responsible gambling
